Myra is president and chief operating officer of Arena, which applies the tools of big data to help healthcare organizations improve the hiring and retention of job candidates best suited for their positions, taking the guesswork out of the process. She joined Arena after a rich career in data and analytics. Norton has extensive academic experience as an administrator and professor in mathematics and statistics at Temple University, Towson University and the United States Naval Academy. She also has collaborated with researchers from Harvard University, Babson College, University of Virginia, the National Institutes of Health, University of Maryland, and the University of Chicago.

She leads and has strategic oversight for human resources, supporting the organization’s strategic goals and utilizing proven, sophisticated tools for job design, learning and development, leadership strategy, culture enhancement, and diversity management to maximize employee performance and the caregiver experience.

Dave Williams, MD

Chief Executive Officer and President

UnityPoint Clinic and UnityPoint at Home

Dr. Williams serves as president and chief executive officer for UnityPoint Clinic and UnityPoint at Home, which together service as the ambulatory division of UnityPoint Health. He is a senior vice president of UnityPoint Health; reports to the system chief executive officer, and works together with the UnityPoint Health System chief operations officer. He provides clinical leadership across the organization. He completed his residency and is board certified in pediatrics and has more than 20 years of clinical experience. He is a member of the American Association for Physician Leadership, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a licensed physician and surgeon in the state of Iowa.
