In her role, Cheryl serves as Methodist’s lead executive responsible for strategic transformational leadership. She develops policy, and directs all human resources activities for Methodist Health System including talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, HRIS, wellness, employee health services, organizational experience, pastoral services and work community of choice initiatives. Prior to joining Methodist, Cheryl served as Chief Human Resources Officer for NCH Corporation in Irving, a global company with 8,500 employees in 52 countries.

Susan has joined more than 500 companies in the U.S. 30% Club and the chief executive officer Action for Diversity & Inclusion Project by her commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Susan was named 2019 Chief Executive Officer of the Year by CEO Connection, and serves on the board of directors of McKesson Corporation and the Executive Committee of the Healthcare Leadership Council.

Holly Reilly

Vice President of Operations, Human Resources

Froedtert Health

Holly joined Froedtert Health in 2017 as the vice president of operations, human resources, reporting to Eric Humphrey, senior vice president, chief human resources officer. Holly oversees HR operations for Froedtert Hospital, the Community Hospital Division and Community Physicians. Holly has more than 30 years of experience in health care human resources and extensive experience in operations. She previously worked for Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, where she served as the director of human resources consulting and labor relations. She has a successful history of supporting other large, complex organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic and the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland.

Mark is the vice president of people and culture at Centura Health where he is responsible for the overall direction and delivery of people and culture initiatives across the organization of Centura Health. He serves as the primary leader in the creation, design and implementation of strategies related to recruitment and retention, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce analytics and strategy, engagement, talent development and culture for the purpose of advancing the mission of Centura Health. Mark has over a decade of experience working as a vice president and chief of staff for Kaiser Permanente, Colorado, and as the vice president of human capital strategy for Sanford Health.
