Dr. Gordon is a primary care physician and a managing director at Deloitte Consulting in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice focusing on Health Care Transformation and Global Health System Activation. He has served as a health commissioner for Virginia, associate director of the Public Health Practice Program Office at the Center for Disease Control, and chief medical officer of Bon Secours Richmond. He currently leads projects assisting health systems in transforming to value-based systems. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Johns Hopkins School of Public Health Advisory Board, and is board certified in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine.

Rachelle serves as the chief administrative offi cer of physician services for Providence St. Joseph Health, where responsibilities include accountability for provider recruitment, compensation, contracting and independent medical group alignment. She also serves as the chief executive offi cer of Provider Solutions and Development, a wholly- owned, not-for-profi t company that delivers provider staffi ng solutions for a diverse range of health systems and medical groups nationwide. With almost 20 years of experience in key facets of healthcare and provider group management, Rachelle brings a wealth of experience in high-level strategic guidance, negotiation, and stakeholder consensus-building for clinical program growth and development.
Sunita Mishra, MD
Chief Executive Express Care, Ambulatory Care Network,Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) Board Member, Provider Solutions and Development
Dr. Mishra is the chief executive of Express Care. The portfolio consists of 40+ retail clinics, the direct to consumer virtual and at home services. She also works closely with the product team in strategy and innovation department to develop technology that can enhance the Express Care patient and provider experience. Prior to this role, she was medical director of innovation where she was responsible for vetting and piloting technology solutions for the medical group to transform the Providence St. Joseph health delivery model. Dr. Mishra came to Providence by way of Sweden where she was an internist and primary care physician.
Senior Executive, Provider Solutions and Development, Providence St. Joseph Health
Paul, senior executive of client development for Provider Solutions and Development, oversees new client outreach, partnerships and contracting, and supports provider and executive recruitment for aligned health systems, medical groups and clinics. Paul joined Providence St. Joseph Health in 2011 as director of Provider Relations
(California), driving provider recruitment, professional staffing and physician contracts for the seven multi-specialty medical groups integrated with the St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare Medical Foundation and hospital partners. He joined the Providence St. Joseph Provider Solutions and Development team in early 2019 with a focus on enterprise network development.
